House Westcliffe

Tucked away in the leafy suburb of Westcliff, this project is a study in refined, contemporary living. Clean architectural lines are softened by a warm, layered interior palette, creating spaces that feel both elevated and deeply liveable. Natural light is drawn into every room, enhancing the connection between interior and exterior while highlighting carefully selected materials and textures. The result is a home that balances modern sophistication with a sense of calm, effortless comfort—designed for both everyday living and quiet moments of retreat. This exquisite location called for a brave architectural approach, choreographing bold lines and curves with a dramatic rocky landscape splitting this modern house on multiple levels.
