House Wu

House Wu is a contemporary three-storey residence located within the Steyn City luxury golf estate in Johannesburg, positioned to capture expansive views across the city skyline. Designed as a home centred around entertaining and family gatherings, the house incorporates eight bedrooms and a range of high-end leisure spaces including a fully equipped gym, sauna, private cinema, and climate-controlled wine cellar. The architecture emphasises generous open living areas, seamless indoor–outdoor connections, and carefully framed views across the estate. Particular attention was given to the interior architecture and material detailing, with bespoke finishes and refined spatial composition throughout. Horizon Studio managed the full scope of the project from concept design through to construction, ensuring continuity between architectural vision and final built outcome.
